Ithaca

"Ithaca" is adapted from the 1943 novel "The Human Comedy" by American writer William Saroyan. The story revolves around Homer, a 14-year-old boy who lives in the small town of "Ithaca" in California. After his brother goes to fight in Europe, he is left at home to take care of his mother, sister and 4-year-old brother Ulysses. Homer was a bicycle telegraph messenger in a small town. In the spring and summer of 1942, he sent countless messages of love, pain, death and hope to the residents of the small town, and he grew from a boy to a man.
