August Rhapsody

This film uses Nagasaki as the shooting background of this film. Through the eyes of four children, it is recorded that Mom was invited by her brother, who has lived in the United States for 70 years, to go to Hawaii to fulfill her dream of reuniting her brother and sister. However, Mama's deceased husband was killed by an atomic bomb many years ago. This incident made Mama resentful and she has not agreed to go to the reunion. Through the visit of her American-Japanese nephew, a hatred that had been lingering for more than 40 years was finally resolved. The whole film is fresh and pleasant, with tears in the laughter.
