Phoenix Dances in the Red Dust

The story takes place in London in the 18th century. An orphan girl heard the legend about her mother More (Robin Wright) from a man named Ship (Morgan Freeman). For a long time, More had lived a hard life in the monastery. Fortunately, she got the sympathy of a kind lady, who adopted her. More thought that his good days had finally come, but unexpectedly he was disgusted and jealous by the noble lady's two daughters. After some twists and turns, More fell into the hands of the brothel proprietress. Later, More met a manservant, who was none other than Heap, and over time, a solid friendship was formed between the two. A young artist (played by John Lynch) appeared in More's life. He brought More hope of life and allowed More to taste the sweetness and bitterness of love. Finally, they had the fruit of love, but the story did not end there.
