The successive murder cases have put the police in a dilemma. While they are looking for the real culprit in the case, they must also be wary of the media reporting these seemingly weird cases. Liao Zhibiao (played by Zheng Zeshi) is a journalist who is very curious about the case. He accidentally met the witness Lin Anzhi (played by Zhu Baoyi). Lin Anzhi's confession confirmed Liao Zhibiao's speculations about the case. He suspected that the real culprit behind the case was probably a cruel vampire. In fact, the vampire has always been lurking next to Liao Zhibiao. Liao Zhibiao took a photo of it and published it in the newspaper, but he received a complaint from the police.
