Section 375 of the Penal Code

A female costume assistant at an entertainment company was raped by a male director when she went to his home to deliver costumes for a play. The court of first instance sentenced the male director to 10 years in prison. In the second trial, the male director hired a famous lawyer who often gave lectures in colleges and universities as his defender. The famous lawyer tried to reverse the situation through a series of channels such as on-site physical evidence, witness testimony, injuries, and the intimate relationship between the two, but he was ultimately defeated by his own prosecutor, a female student.
