Within a period of time, two murder cases occurred one after another in the society. The victims include young women. Their corpses were frozen by the murderer using a special technique and were dressed up in gorgeous and exaggerated uniforms before being discarded in public. They were like dolls being manipulated. Interpol Captain Fang Youwei (played by Simon Yam), his partner Yan Xiaotong (played by Ying Er), and newly recruited police officer Xiao Kai (played by Yuan Hong) launch an investigation. They discovered that the two deceased were college classmates ten years ago and also stayed in the same Cosplay club. Fang Youwei approached their classmate Zhou Jin (Vivian Hsu) based on this. The appearance of Zhou Jin undoubtedly took the case in a new direction, and she seemed to be about to become the next target of being killed. The murderer hiding in the dark was sharpening his knife, grinning cruelly and launching ruthless revenge on the women he had hated for many years.
