Twelve Citizens

A moot court in a university is debating a real case that happened in society not long ago. The suspect in the case is a second-generation rich man adopted by a real estate developer. His biological father is a migrant worker from Henan. On the night of the incident, someone heard a fierce quarrel between the rich second generation and his biological father, and then his biological father was murdered at home. The students debated fiercely over whether the suspect was guilty, while their father watched the entire court trial as a jury. During the adjournment, 12 jurors were taken to another room for discussion. They had to reach a conclusion within an hour, and they needed to vote unanimously whether the suspect was guilty or not.
