Hospital Slope Hanging House

After each case, Kindaichi Kosuke (played by Koji Ishisaka) has to live in seclusion and recuperate for a period of time. This time he decided to go to the United States for vacation. Before leaving, he went to Yoshino City to say goodbye to the detective novelist Masashi Yokomori (played by Yokomou Masashi). On the recommendation of the novelist, Kindaichi went to the local Honjo photo studio to take passport photos. While the photo was being taken, a mysterious and beautiful woman (played by Junko Sakurada) visited the photo studio owner and asked him to go out at night to take wedding photos. The shooting location was actually an ominous house on Hospital Slope where a hanging murder had occurred. That night, the photo studio owner's son Naokichi (played by Shimizu Koharu) went to the designated place to take pictures of the strange couple. The next day, he received a call from the mysterious woman, inviting them to go to the photo shoot location again. This time Kindaichi, Naokichi and others went together, only to find that the groom's head was hung in the center of the house and his body was missing. A bizarre murder slowly revealed the secret behind the Fayan family...
