Half Moon

The film tells the story of Jimmy, who returned from China after graduating with a master's degree in psychology. Due to a long-standing disagreement with his mother, he gave up his company affairs and ran to Jiangmen to relax. In Jiangmen, he met a pair of troubled singing father and daughter - Yue Yue and her mentally ill father. Moon has reached school age, but she did not want to go to the orphanage in order to take care of her father. After Jimmy saw it, she took the initiative to take care of Moon's father, and Moon happily went to the orphanage. In the process of taking care of Moon's father, Jimmy gradually felt her mother's love for her. Under Jimmy's care, Moon's father's illness gradually improved. Then a series of touching stories were brought out. Starting from the background of "children in trouble" and from the perspective of a female master of psychology, the film calls for the conscience of humanity amidst laughter and tears.
