Heart of Comedy

Director Yang received filmmaking funds from the Film Academy and he needed to make a film for the show. While watching the play "Lady from the Sea" with his friends in London, he came up with the idea of ​​turning the play into a movie while half asleep. Then he learned that the theater troupe was about to disband due to lack of audiences. He kindly invited the theater troupe to join him in making a film version of their performance of Ibsen's play "The Lady from the Sea". The sleepy director who hit it off immediately took 8 British actors to the Arctic Circle of Norway for filming, and they were quickly fascinated by the surreal environment and endless daylight. But at the same time, this environment also amplified tensions among the actors, affecting their personal lives and the filming of the film. The director, who just wanted to cope with the situation, gave power to the drama team and slept soundly all day long. However, the actors' seriousness and respect for the performance gradually affected Yang. In the end, everyone worked together to restore the classic "Lady from the Sea", and the film and the actors finally achieved a happy ending.
