Trapped in Love

William (Greg Kinnear) ) is a writer. His books once dominated the best-seller list, but now, William, who has encountered a writing block period, has no inspiration in his head. Two years ago, William and his wife Erica (Jennifer Connelly) divorced. The marriage was a disaster, but William has been unable to get out of it. But it's obvious that Erica has gotten rid of the shadow of the past and started a new life. William and Erica have two children, Samantha (Lily Collins) and Ruth (Logan Lerman). The bad relationship between the parents has brought great harm to the two children, subtly changing their outlook on love. Ruth fell in love with a girl named Kate (Liana Liberato). Although she knew she already had a boyfriend, she still couldn't restrain her feelings. Samantha, on the other hand, refuses to believe in any stable and normal relationship.
