The scene in which the Hong Kong police force was beaten by gangsters led by Yuen (played by Simon Yam) and was unable to fight back was filmed by a TV crew, and the whole Hong Kong citizens were in an uproar. For the sake of reputation, more than 30,000 police officers in Hong Kong have devoted themselves to hunting down serious criminals. Inspector Heng (played by Nick Cheung) of the Crime Unit followed Yuan to a building. Just when they were about to take action, deputy commander Rebecca (played by Kelly Chen) planned to broadcast the entire process live on television. Heng and other team members rushed into the scene with micro cameras. Another group of robbers was already hiding in the building. The situation was dangerous, but Rebecca wanted to cut the clip. Yuan, who was holding hostages in the building, sent the footage of the police-robber fight recorded on CCTV to the media, which made the police even more embarrassed. Yuan takes hostages to confront the police. Heng rescues the hostages. The escaped Yuan meets Rebecca.
