Zahira grew up in a Pakistani family in Belgium. Suffering from an unwanted pregnancy, she is now sitting in a doctor's office asking about ways to abort the baby. Undecided, Sheila decided to seek help from friends and family. Although her family expressed understanding and sympathy for her, they silently helped her find three distant relatives as marriage partners. Her parents asked her to choose one of them, and they felt that their daughter had gained a "freedom" that they had never dared to imagine. Between religious secularity and the desire to pursue her own life, Zahira must make a choice.
