Fighting the Dragon

Darden (Patrick Swayze) Darden has lived a free life wandering the streets since he was a child. He has rich social experience. With his clever mind, Darden found a good job for himself in a nightclub. Soon, Darden, who has a cheerful and kind personality, and a down-to-earth and responsible work, gained the trust of his boss and colleagues. One day, a group of gangsters came to Darden's nightclub to cause trouble. Darden stepped forward and drove them away. Darden's outstanding performance attracted the appreciation of Dillman (Kevin Tighe), the owner of the craps bar. Dillman brought Darden to his bar, intending to train this promising young man. Soon, Darden was running the craps bar in an orderly manner and the business was booming. However, his excellence also attracted the dissatisfaction of the local bully Brad (Ben Gazzara).
