Lonely Jim

Casey Affleck plays Jim, a young man who, after deciding he can't make it on his own, moves back to his hometown in Indiana -- under his parents' roof. He's saved from his family's dysfunction by a local woman and her son, who sees him as a father figure. It tells the story of a 27-year-old man who returns home to live with his parents. When young Jim (played by Casey Affleck) decides that he can't do it alone, he returns to his hometown town in Indiana - to be protected by his parents. A local woman and her son resolved Jim's discordant relationship with the family, and the child regarded him as a father figure, finding ways to fulfill difficult family responsibilities.
