The General's Daughter

Brenner (John Travolta), a senior official of the "Military Crime Investigation Division", and his assistant Senhir (Madeleine Stowe) were ordered to investigate a mysterious murder within 36 hours. Elizabeth (Leslie Stefanson), the daughter of General Campbell (James Cromwell), a strong contender for the vice president, was brutally murdered at the military base. As the investigation deepened, Brenner discovered that in addition to excellent grades and outstanding appearance, Elizabeth, who had studied at West Point Military Academy, had an unknown incident in high school. Her relationship with her father was not harmonious, and General Campbell was not as upright as the image he portrayed. While uncovering the truth, Brenner also discovered many secrets in the army. In the end, the murderer was punished and the incident was settled.
