The film tells the story of the protagonist Dachang, who was hired to go to the no-man's land of the Gobi to collect information, and rescued Yue Lin who also went to the no-man's land to collect information on ancient human cultural sites. They walked together all the way and experienced various thrills and accidents in the process of completing their respective tasks.
