I am David

David (played by Ben Tibber) is a 12-year-old child who has lived in a Bulgarian concentration camp since childhood. The outside world is a mystery to him. His parents are dead, and David knows nothing about his life experience. The only person who comforts him in the camp is an adult named John. But even so, David's face still showed vicissitudes that were disproportionate to his age. Until one day, David was mysteriously arranged to escape from prison and received a task: he must deliver the letter to Copenhagen, Denmark. Do not believe anyone's advice, which he silently remembered. So, David began his long journey. Greece, Italy, Switzerland, Denmark, he had to climb mountains and trek long distances to reach Copenhagen. In the outside world, he gained a freedom he had never tasted before and met kind and warm people. The nervousness that David had firmly built up in his heart slowly softened under the warmth of human kindness. People helped him overcome difficulties and overcome dangers. The letters in their hands and the beautiful scenery on the road accompanied David on his way to Copenhagen.
