Sam (played by Kam Kwok-leung) returned to Hong Kong alone after sending his wife and children to Canada, only to find that his position in the company had already been replaced. Azhen (played by Tian Niu) and her husband also decided to immigrate to Canada. Unlike Sam, Azhen's husband took the first step to establish a foothold, leaving Azhen in Hong Kong to wait for the good news. After a series of accidents, Sam and Azhen met.
