Former US Special Forces bomb expert Stephen Arthur Young (Michael Sheen) As a Muslim, he was dissatisfied with the United States' policy towards Arab countries, so he planned to launch terrorist attacks. He claimed that three small atomic bombs were planted in three cities, and that the mainland of the United States was in danger. FBI Counterterrorism Division female agent Helen Brody (Carrie-Anne Moss) is responsible for investigating the case, but at a critical juncture she discovered that the military and a mysterious department were involved.
