Sail

Charlotte (played by Bette Davis) can already be regarded as an old girl. She wears a dull hairstyle, wears conservative clothes, and has an eccentric personality. To make matters worse, she seems to have contracted the bad habit of alcoholism. At the suggestion of her family, Charlotte decided to embark on a journey of spiritual healing and boarded a cruise ship sailing to a distant place. On the cruise ship, Charlotte met a man named Jerry (Paul Henreid), and she formed a deep friendship with Jerry's daughter by accident. Soon, Charlotte felt that she had fallen in love. However, Jerry was not free at this time. He had a marriage that could not end. Heartbroken, Charlotte chose to leave, and Charlotte's mother passed away soon after.
