"Larry Crow" is directed and starred by Tom Hanks. After retiring from the Navy, Larry (played by Tom Hanks) worked diligently in the store for more than 20 years. He is a kind-hearted person who almost never loses his temper. He is a star worker. Customers like him and his boss also appreciates him. But the layoff storm still caused him to lose his job.
