In southern Osaka, the Matsunoki Group and Hirakawa Group operation captain Tachibana Taka (played by Rei Ishibashi) assassinated the president of the rival organization Sato Group and Hokushin Kai in a restaurant, and then surrendered and was imprisoned for ten years. While serving his sentence, the outside world changed dramatically.
