Vortex

"I have made films that are amusing, shocking or provocative. This time, I want the audience to cry with me and experience life as a movie." The famous Argentinian director Gaspar Noe, whose works are always full of controversy, changed the psychedelic and crazy image style in his new film "Vortex", and instead turned the camera to the shrinking life. The film invites famous Italian horror director Dario Argento to star in the film. Faced with the mental deterioration of his elderly wife and her gradual loss of speech, the life they are accustomed to is about to collapse. The film uses a split-screen technique to present the old couple's withering appearance in parallel, and captures the real and moving traces of life through an almost documentary shooting technique.
