Moonlight Night

Marius (played by Horst Buchholz) is a nineteen-year-old young man. People of this age are often full of expectations and hopes for the future, but Marius is different from them. Marius's father runs a cafe, and Marius's subsequent life is almost all planned by his father. Marius longed for the sea and hoped to be a sailor who could sail freely. After experiencing various twists and setbacks, Marius was finally about to realize his dream. However, the day before going to sea, a girl named Fanny (Leslie Caron) confessed her love to Marius. Marius also liked Fanny very much. He had to make a choice between this girl and his dream sword. And Fanny also faces a choice. Should she give up her love and fulfill the boy she loves?
