The Light of Darkness

A cross-border love illuminates the lives of two young people. The young Palestinian college student Nemo (played by Nicholas Jacob) secretly sneaked into Israel and met the handsome lawyer Roy (played by Michael Aloni) in a gay bar in Tel Aviv. When Nemo obtained a student visa and could legally enter and leave Israel, he and Roy quickly fell into an irresistible love. However, as the relationship heats up, resistance also comes. For Nemo, Palestine is not ashamed of his sexual orientation, and Israel does not recognize his identity; because he has a radical and violent brother, he was blacklisted by the Israeli secret service and his visa was revoked. Roy tried his best to run for Nemo, but was threatened by the authorities; Nemo's secret seemed to have been discovered by his family, and his life was in unprecedented danger. Can this love in the dark night finally break through the obstacles and embrace the light?
