Death Brings Me Back

To outsiders, Jade (played by Meagan Good) seems to have everything that is enviable: a successful career, an admired and respected husband with high connections and social status, and a little daughter that they all love very much. But only she knows that her life is far from as poetic and beautiful as it seems. Her husband Ed (Chiké Okonkwo) is a very controlling man who is severely physically and psychologically abusive to her. Finally, Jade decided to leave Ed. Ed warned her that you can only belong to me. This threat becomes real and terrifying when Jade discovers that Ed hired someone to kill her. Due to Ed's popularity and social status, Jade knows that no one will believe that she was abused by Ed, and she realizes that the only way to escape Ed is to make him believe that the killer has completed his mission-she, must die.
