After working as an extra, Xiaokang (Li Kangsheng) suffered from a strange disease of crooked neck, and his father (Miao Tian) took him everywhere to seek medical treatment. Although the father has a wife and children, he is a homosexual who lusts after the bodies of young boys. The family has long existed in name only for him, and he has lost the ability to bear responsibilities (or believes that there are no responsibilities to bear). However, for Xiaokang, he unconsciously plays the role of "father" in the traditional sense, but he can only be derelict in his duties. Xiaokang is a young homosexual, but he doesn't know what kind of comfort he expects to get from the same sex. His parents' apparent incompatibility not only makes him lose confidence in the relationship between men and women, but also blindly understands same-sex relationships as a temporary attraction and union between two bodies.
