Hong Xiguan: The Witch of the Demon Gate

During the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty, in order to fulfill the legacy of his master Cai Jiuyi, Hong Xiguan, a Shaolin disciple, took the Ming Dynasty treasure map entrusted to him before his death and went to Guangzhou with his junior brother Fang Shiyu to promote Shaolin martial arts. In the process of fighting against different enemies such as Wu Sangui's forces, imperial forces, Guangdong boxing masters, etc., Hong Xiguan gradually integrated Qi Jiajun Kung Fu, Shaolin Kung Fu, and Guangdong local boxing in the late Ming Dynasty, creating the "Fist and Foot World" Hong Boxing, and founded "Hongmen" which combines the strengths of hundreds of schools.
