Full of energy

In the small town of Benon, drinking parties and passionate dynamic music are prohibited, and there are even special bills to regulate the behavior of local teenagers. What caused adults to be so wary was an accident many years ago. Five young people in their prime were killed in a car accident on their way out for fun. Lun (Kenny Wormald) could not understand the solemn atmosphere in the city. Not long ago, he had just moved here from the metropolitan Boston. Lun, full of passion and enthusiasm for life, decided to take the lead in fighting against the corrupt system. In Beynon, Lun met the beautiful girl Ariel (Julianne Hough), whose wit and charm made Lun irresistible, and he soon fell in love. However, Ariel has a troublesome father, who is none other than Pastor Shaw (Dennis Quaid), one of the members who formulated a series of bills in the small town. A protracted "war" has begun.
