War has devastated the whole world. A homeless homeless man (played by Shi Tian) was walking on the road and met a poor orphan (played by Wang Wei) who was stealing. It turns out that the orphan is at the mercy of a ruthless bully (Majia) who will beat him black and blue if he doesn't listen to him. The homeless man sympathized with the orphan's plight and took him in. Later, the tramp met a poor singer (played by Wang Xiuwen), and the number of people traveling together became three. There was even a possibility of romance between the tramp and the singer. The bully was very angry when he learned that the homeless man had taken away his money-making tool.
