Love in Zhangshui

The young director wrote a movie script about the story of Wang Hongjun’s grandfather and grandmother during the Anti-Japanese War and the Liberation War. Because the plot required some parts of the original script written by the director to be fictitious, Wang Hongjun and his family were very angry after hearing the script. The director told the story through Wang Hongjun and Wang Hongjun's family. The director was moved by Wang Hongjun's family and understood why Wang Hongjun's grandfather and grandma were selfless at the critical moment. He then completed the film creation based on the facts again, and brought the entire incident to life.
