The Love Scam (Original Version)

Jack Reed is investigating a mass murder that occurred in a cemetery in broad daylight. Most of the people in the cemetery and the victims were Russian immigrants who either feared or didn't trust the police because they complained to them about other problems they didn't care about or thought were worthy of investigation. Reed is still investigating, which leads to a cunning Russian turning some young Russians into his personal army. The son of a mayoral candidate was arrested for a drunken driving homicide. Some people on Thomas' staff feared it would jeopardize Thomas's mayoral bid, so they pressured the company to kick it out but Silvera wouldn't let them threaten him.
