A French war correspondent, Elsa (Diane Kruger) and her colleagues were kidnapped by the Taliban during their interview in Pakistan. The Taliban posted the captured video of Elsa on the Internet and claimed that she would be executed in front of the camera within a specified time, but people all over the world could watch the entire process through the Internet. Before Elsa was executed, a rescue team composed of members of the Special Forces was sent by the French military to rescue her. Facing the extremely cruel Taliban desperadoes, the rescue team rescued Elsa at the first opportunity despite the dangers. However, they lost contact with the headquarters and had to start a more dangerous defense battle. A tug of war between the Taliban pursuers and the rescue team inevitably unfolds. The Taliban set various traps and failed to catch all the rescue team, but the rescue team had only one goal: to successfully rescue Elsa and escape from here.
