Mother Teresa

She worked silently and dedicated her whole life for abandoned babies, lepers and people who were poorer than the poor. Mother Teresa's life story: Mother Teresa was born in Yugoslavia on August 26, 1910, an Albanian. In 1928, he was transferred to Loritu Monastery in Calcutta, India. In 1948, he left the monastery to save people because he deeply felt the plight of the poor in India. In 1950, with special permission from the Pope, the Missionary Sisters of Charity were established. In June 1997, he received the Congressional Medal of Freedom from the U.S. government in Washington. He died of a heart attack in Calcutta on September 5, 1997, at the age of 87.
