Portrait of Jenny

Eben (played by Joseph Cotten) is a painter who relies on his own diligence and hard work to survive. However, that era was really too depressed, so Eben always lived on the verge of bankruptcy. One day, the painter accidentally met a girl named Jenny (Jennifer Jones). Eben drew a sketch of Jenny. What he didn't expect was that the sketch was photographed by the gallery owner and asked him to draw more such paintings. After that, Eben and Jenny met intermittently, and the painter created one work after another using her as a model. As time went by, a wonderful bond gradually developed between Eben and Jenny. Jenny grew up, and a portrait of Jenny painted by Eben was collected by the museum, and his life gradually improved. However, at the same time, Jenny disappeared.
