The Barber's Lover

Antoine (played by Jean Rochefort) has been fond of the profession of barber since he was a child. After his crush on the hairdresser Mrs. Chevre (Anne-Marie Pisani) ) died suddenly, he determined to marry a barber when he grew up. When Anthony grew up, he met Matide (Anna Galiena), and the two quickly fell in love. Although his mother was unwilling to admit the existence of her daughter-in-law and his father died of a heart attack at an important moment, Anthony's belief in marrying Mathid home has never wavered.
