Sleeping Beauty 2011

The film script is written by Australian novelist Julia Leigh (Julia Leigh) Leigh, who is also making her directorial debut. This work was shortlisted for the main competition unit of the 64th Cannes Film Festival, but in the end it failed to win some honors as expected. The film tells a fairy tale that happens to a modern female college student. Lucy (Emily Browning) is a simple female college student during the day, but at night she has another identity-"Sleeping Beauty". This special job caused her to fall asleep in a strange room. When she woke up, she could not remember anything at all, as if nothing had happened. In her dream, she was in a hidden world full of fantasy, beautiful and full of desire. Lucy is deeply confused and gradually questions the bizarre experiences that happen every night. She is eager to know what happened while she was sleeping and how she will find herself...
