Because his wife cheated on her, Ted (Anthony Hopkins) calmly shot her dead, and his perfect murder plan began. When the police arrived at the scene, police officer Rob discovered that Ted's wife was his lover Jennifer. Jennifer, who was seriously injured but not dead, became a vegetable. Surprisingly, Ted readily admitted the crime.
