Fireflies in the Garden

There is a deep estrangement between the two of them. Michael, now a well-known novelist, has just completed a novel called "Fireflies in the Garden", which records all the pain of his childhood. The good news that his mother Lisa (Julia Roberts) has finally finished college brings Michael back to his hometown, where there is everything he is familiar with and a past that makes him painful. Unfortunately, when Michael stepped into the house, what was waiting for him was the tragic news that his mother died in a car accident. Looking at his grieving father, Michael began to rethink the meaning of family love. Regarding Michael's new book, his father was furious. He regarded it as his son's accusation against himself, and the conflict broke out again between father and son.
