Sarah's Key

The film is produced by female journalist Julia (Kristin Scott Thomas) )'s perspective recreates a sad story that happened at the Arena Arena in Paris, France during World War II. In 1942, Paris, France, under German occupation, was required to hand over the Jews living in Paris. Ten-year-old Sara (Mélusine Mayance) and her family did not survive the catastrophe. When the army raid came, Sara secretly locked her young brother in the wardrobe at home to protect him, and carefully collected the key to the wardrobe, hoping that in this way, her brother could be protected from the German raid. But Sarah, who longed for the concentration camp, realized that this departure was not just for a day or two. She desperately escaped from the concentration camp and returned to her old home. But what greeted her was not only the new residents who had moved in, but also her brother who had unfortunately died in the closet. Julia was asked to unearth this story due to work reasons. During the interview, she not only discovered the truth that she had covered up back then, but also discovered her inextricable but seemingly destined connection with Sarah's family.
