Blue Robe

Harim and Maina, a couple, run a craft shop specializing in old-fashioned Kaftan robes in a small town in Morocco. Both of them have been keeping the same secret secret in their hearts. Because it took time to make robes every day, and they faced endless demands and pressure from customers, they finally hired a young apprentice, Joseph, to share the work. The talented Joseph devoted himself to asking Harim for advice on robe-making techniques; however, as time passed, Miner gradually discovered that there was a silent undercurrent between Joseph and Harim. The film was shortlisted for the Best International Film Award at the 95th Academy Awards.
