Xitang River

This film takes the Xitang River in memory as the background and tells the story of the earth-shaking life changes of the people living by the Xitang River. The main plot of the movie is that young entrepreneur Ye Feng returns to Xitang with his father's last instructions and an old photo to find his father's former lover. During the search, he meets He Hua, a local boat girl. While helping his father find his former lover, the male protagonist gradually became emotionally entangled with He Hua, and at the same time brought out some people and things related to He Hua. Through film techniques and artistic processing, the development and changes of the ancient town of Xitang in the past 30 years are shown.
