After retired from the killing battlefields, former CIA agent Frank Moses (Bruce Willis) is enjoying his leisure time with Sarah (Mary-Louise Parker). One day, without any warning, he witnessed the tragic death of his old partner Marvin Boggs (played by John Malkovich), and he became the next target to be hunted down. Everything originated from the Nightshade Light Project in the Cold War era. In order to prevent the plan from spreading on the Internet, the U.S. government was eager to eliminate the insiders Frank and Marvin. Marvin came back from the dead and rescued the trapped Frank. The two fled with Sarah to find the key figures of Nightshade Light.
