The horse cart of Changqing Commune drove a troika filled with fertilizers in the middle of a busy road on the outskirts of the capital Beijing. In order to ensure the supply of vegetables and environmental sanitation in the capital, relevant departments in Beijing decided to ban horse-drawn carriages from entering the city, and assigned Ai Jinghua to go to Changqing Commune to equip a group of cars to replace horse-drawn carriages in delivering vegetables into the city.
