Jiang Yiwu, the Hero of 1911

The story tells the story of Jiang Yiwu, a young man from Lizhou who participated in the Huaxinghui uprising led by Huang Xing when he was studying in Changde, and was expelled from the school and wanted by the government. While evading official arrest, he did not change his original revolutionary intention and participated in a series of revolutionary activities such as the Hongjiang Uprising and the Pingliu Li Uprising. He came to the conclusion that the success of the revolution could not rely on the Jianghu Party but needed to master the barrel of a gun. He then sneaked into the Hubei New Army to secretly form a revolutionary group "Literary Society" and creatively built the revolutionary organization on the company, laying a solid organizational foundation for the Wuchang Uprising. Jiang Yiwu was elected as the commander-in-chief and successfully commanded the Wuchang Uprising, finally overthrowing the feudal rule of the Qing Dynasty and achieving the great victory of the Revolution of 1911.
