Synopsis
Set three years after the events of the first Sicario film, this sequel opens in Texas near the U.S.-Mexico border. As the drug war on the U.S.-Mexico border escalates, federal agent Matt Graver (Josh Brolin) renews his partnership with the mercurial Alejandro (Benicio Del Toro) when a terrorist fails to smuggle himself into the U.S. from Mexico through a cartel and subsequently commits a suicide bombing in Kansas City.
