Seven Years in the Life 3

This documentary is the third part of the documentary series filmed by director Michael Apted since 1964. Michael Apted filmed the documentary "7 Up" for the British BBC TV station in 1964, interviewing fourteen seven-year-old children from different walks of life in the UK. Some of them came from orphanages and some were children of the upper class. Every seven years since then, Apted will re-interview these children, listen to their dreams and talk about their lives. Children in their prime have grown to 21 years old. The original intention of the director at that time was to criticize the immutability of British social classes. The children of the poor will still be poor, and the children of the rich will still be rich. After decades, this has been confirmed. But the freeness of life will not stop there. This documentary series spans half a century and records an unprecedented real-life version of "Seven Years in the Life".
