Fan Ke (Chiang David), who has practiced martial arts since childhood, went to Thailand with his father's last wish to find his half-brother and his mother who have plum blossom tattoos on their arms. After a misunderstanding of mistaken identity, he met the young boxer Wen Lie (Ti Lung), and the two quickly became friends because of their good rapport. In order to save his seriously ill mother, Wen Lie agreed to participate in a competition with boxing champion Heavy Artillery, but refused to cooperate with the promoters behind Heavy Artillery who had a gangland background. At the game, Fan Ke knew that Wen Lie was his brother through the tattoo on his body, but he could no longer stop the game. Fortunately, Wen Lie won in the end, but it undoubtedly caused trouble.
