Operation Stiff

The vampire hunter Jack (played by James Woods) had an unusual childhood. He personally killed his father who turned into a vampire, and was raised by the church since he was a child. Jack was appointed by the Vatican to hunt down the vampire king Watson in the United States. Watson was originally a priest who turned into a vampire seven hundred years ago and was the ancestor of the astonishingly powerful ghost king. Jack's team, who knew nothing about Watson, suffered heavy losses during the mission. Only Jack and one team member escaped by chance. Watson bit one of his playmates, Karina, during the massacre of Jack's team. Because people bitten by vampires can maintain human thinking and channel the vampire king for 48 hours, Jack took Karina away to track the ghost king. The church sent Jack a new guide, Father Adam, and Jack finally learned that the Ghost King's ultimate purpose was to seize the holy cross so that he could live under the sun.
